One common thing about baseball and golf is pretty obvious: swinging. Just like in baseball, if you have a good (and powerful) bat swing, chances are you'll hit the ball farther than usual. In golf, distance plays a major role in making your shots and your swing grabs the credit for that. Fitness instructor Averee Dovsek is once again here to share her knowledge on how to practice thru baseball swings to add more distance as well as improve body rotation upon swinging.
